Spiral rolls are suited for use on contoured parts. Effective for: • Grinding/polishing of channels, fillets and radii, and deburring small holes • Tapered end can be used when the area to finish is hard to reach with a full cartridge roll • Conforms to small areas • Fits into irregular concaves, contours, channels All spiral rolls are fully tapered, resin bonded, half glued. CARTRIDGE & SPIRAL ROLLS Cartridge rolls are made up of rolls of resin bonded abrasive cloth which promotes a new cutting surface to be uncovered as the top layer is worn away. They are available in two different shapes and in a wide variety of sizes and grades. Cartridge rolls are suitable for a range of applications including flash removal, polishing, edge breaking and removing machine tool marks. They are also especially useful for getting into small spaces, intricate areas and inside surfaces and corners where other abrasive shapes cannot reach.
