15 AFTER-SALES SERVICE & SUPPORT By choosing Norton Clipper machines, diamond tools & abrasives, you are choosing quality products designed for professional users. All machines and related accessories are guaranteed for one year (excluding normal wear). ALL PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY CHECKED DURING MANUFACTURING If, despite quality checks, during the period of warranty (see table below) following purchase, any fault arises, your Norton Clipper machine must be returned (complete) to the sales outlet where you purchased it, together with your invoice or sales receipt. After testing with accessories by the sales outlet, the machine can be shipped for repair to your nearest Norton Clipper after-sales service centre. In order to optimise repair efficiency, please fill out the Norton Clipper Repair Form, available on www.nortonabrasives.com. If the issue is with the internal combustion motor issue, please contact the local dealer directly. If the warranty applies, the Norton Clipper after-sales team will return at its own expense the repaired and tested machine to the sales outlet. In case warranty doesn’t apply due to incorrect use of the machine, a quotation for repair will be sent for approval before repair. The repaired machine will be guaranteed for the time remaining until expiry of the original guarantee. All spare parts are available even after the machine has been taken off the market.
