It is structured into several storeys, and is partially terraced. The building elevations are broken up by an irregular pattern of filigree vertical elements. The at the corners curved glass envelope reflects the historical façades of the neighboring buildings, resulting in a lively collage of old and new. This mirror effect is made possible by the coated two-in-one COOL-LITE® XTREME SILVER II glass by SAINT-GOBAIN. Its combination of reflective silver appearance and high solar control, outstanding selectivity and thermal insulation ensures high user comfort and energy savings. This is another reason why Szervita Square Building meets the requirements of the LEED Platinum sustainability label.
