The building complex consists of five individual buildings offering a wide range of facilities from office to retail and residential. This investment in a dynamically developing neighborhood is a multiphase project, which thanks to the application of pro-ecological solutions allows to materialize the vision of durable, energy-efficient, and comfortable architecture – with no barriers. With the recently completed Building D, another 39,000 m 2 of usable space have now been added. The new building’s fully glazed façades enclose a public inner courtyard, which invites shoppers with its modern portico. Copper-coloured vertical louvres provide shade and at the same time structure the glass fronts at the same time. On the lower floors, large glass windows give the building certain lightness. The street façade is protected by green-tinted cladding; COMMERCIAL OFFICES NOWY RYNEK POZNAŃ (NEW MARKET) EXCITING DESIGN IN THE NEW SHOWCASE QUARTER WITH SOLAR CONTROL GLASS FROM SAINT-GOBAIN Location Stanisława Matyi, Poznan, Poland Architect Medusa Group, Bytom, Poland Glass processor Q4 Glass, Poland Facade maker ESOX PROJEKT, Poland Photos ©Saint-Gobain Applied for LEED® and WELL Core&Shell, (Building without Barriers) Targeted certifications
