As part of the partnership between Saint-Gobain Glass Recycling and the City of Paris, the Bolivar School renovation project recycled 2.16 tonnes of old glass in just a few months; the resulting cullet was processed and reintroduced into the furnace of the Saint-Gobain Glass float plant in Aniche, France, in order to produce new glass, saving 1.5 tonnes of CO2 emissions and highlighting a commitment to local, sustainable production.
