BELGIUM “Social” real estate agencies INCLUSIO, IN WALLONIA. Agences Immobilières Sociales (AISs), supported by the Walloon government, aim to facilitate access to housing for low-income households by acting as intermediaries between landlords and tenants. Real estate company Inclusio thus provides these AISs with affordable housing after sustainably redeveloping vacant buildings. Through this scheme, the company contributes not only to reducing the environmental footprint of buildings and preserving architectural heritage, but also to social inclusion.
