A photovoltaic solar system covers 36% of the building’s energy needs, while the high-performance envelope and green areas optimize rainwater management. Low-flow equipment reduces water consumption by 36%, and the use of non-toxic materials ensures better indoor air quality. Legacy Square demonstrates that sustainable construction can create affordable, attractive housing with high added value.
