SURFACE BLENDING – DISCS & BELTS
Flexovit offers a new extended range of Surface Blending Material. With the two new grades Extra Coarse
and Super Fine covers that range application from aggressive but controlled cutting action over deburring,
cleaning and blending right through to a superb finish on hard and soft metals, ideal for pre-polishing. Surface
Blending Material ensures a long lifetime plus an added benefit of consistent performance. It is very resistant
to loading and clogging. The material is very user friendly and the risk to damage the workpiece is reduced.

WHICH GRADE SHOULD I USE?
Extra Coarse
Provides longest cutting life and highest aggressiveness to quickly achieve
an even surface ready for finer finishing. Ideal for de-scaling and removing
heavy rust and oxides.
Coarse
Ideal where a less coarse finish or increased flexibility, is required
and an aggressive cut is necessary.
Heavy Medium
A fast cutting grade, for many applications where a finish slightly coarser than
a standard medium is acceptable. Combines an excellent cut and finish ratio.
Medium
Achieves a good medium finish. Best choice for controlled results on softer
materials, or expensive alloys.
Very Fine
Provides an excellent and uniform finish, ideal choice for fine finishing
and pre-coat finishing.
Super Fine
The finest and most flexible Surface Conditioning for decorative finishes
and excellent surfaces, on soft and hard metals, ideal for pre-polishing.
