FLEXBRITE NON-WOVEN ABRASIVES
Flexovit offers a broad range Flexbrite non-woven abrasives for cleaning, finishing and polishing operations.
Flexbrite products, with their open mesh construction, are waterproof, washable, resilient, conformable,
non-loading, non-conductive, non-metallic and non-rusting.
Flexbrite products are an ideal completion to the Flexovit Coated Abrasive Range. Our new extended Surface
Blending line provides an unique combination of aggressive performance, good lifetime and excellent finish.
The broad range of shapes, types, abrasives, grit sizes and densities results in a product that can be used
on a wide variety of surfaces for various applications.
Flexbrite products often prove to be the most cost efficient and effective means of getting the job done
with superior results. Used wet or dry, Flexovit Flexbrite products offer:

SPECIFICATION PARAMETERS ABRASIVES
Flexbrite products are manufactured using either silicon carbide or aluminium oxide abrasive grain. Silicon Carbide
is a hard, sharp, brittle abrasive grain which tends to break down under pressure. It is sharper, tends to cut faster
and produces finer scratch patterns on most surfaces. Aluminium oxide is a tough, blocky abrasives that is more
durable than silicon carbide and tends to last longer, produce less discoloration on aluminium, and be more
aggressive on certain applications such as hardened steel parts.
