MINI FLAP DISCS
Mini flap discs are a multi-purpose solution for high stock removal, ideal for weld dressing on small and difficult
to access areas. Offering longer life and improved productivity by minimizing downtime. The Speedlok fastener
makes it quick & easy to change discs by locking securely to the back-up pad, so no slipping or release
is caused by heat build-up. The 2 button attachment systems (SL3 & SL2) ensure the disc is properly centred
and vibration free. Mini flap discs achieve their best performance at a recommended speed of 30-40m/s.
This optimises stock removal, surface finish, thermal load of the workpiece and tool wear.
APPLICATIONS & MARKETS
• Stock removal, deburring, deflashing, blending and finishing welds in metal fabrication and MRO shops.
