The need for small finishing abrasive discs has increased to achieve the high standard of finish required
in a modern world. One of the major reasons for the success and growth of these discs is the quick-change ability
and operator ergonomics. Major abrasive users recognize that if a saving of 3 or 4 seconds per disc change can
be achieved, the overall daily or weekly reduction in downtime can be enormous.
Quick Change Discs are a range of small abrasive discs ranging in sizes 19mm, 25mm, 38mm, 50mm and 75mm.
Grits 36-50 are ideal for stock (weld) removal, and grits 60-120 are more suited to the removal of imperfections
and blending work. An outstanding quick change sanding disc range for general use applications, including
blending light welds, breaking edges and removing parting lines and machine marks. These versatile discs
can be used for working mild contours as well as flat surfaces and are most effective when used with electrical
or pneumatic tools.

QUICK CHANGE DISCS
Application Tip:
For greater flexibility in contoured applications use a holder one size smaller than the diameter
of the disc, e.g. use a 38mm holder with a 50mm disc.
Also use 75mm discs with a 75mm Blue Holder for cost efficient, versatile Quick Change maintenance product
on a 115mm angle grinder with an M14 thread.
